This contemporary style reno and addition features existing century brick complimented with wood siding. The addition showcases dramatic 11' ceiling heights, a custom oak staircase with open risers and a custom kitchen with built-in appliances.

Designed by Neil Ironside Architects, the custom kitchen features built-in appliances, custom built millwork and pre-finished beech floors. The island has a custom veneer and includes a Caesarstone waterfall counter.
The large bathroom addition includes an oversized step-in shower, privacy water closet, freestanding oval tub and a floating cabinet supporting an oversized sink. Green glass accents compliment the oversized tiling on both the floor and walls.
